The implementation or changing of the IT- infrastructure is driven by the Release Manager. Due to the fact that new releases (versions) must not disturb the operational workflow, it is necessary to plan the implementation of rollout very carefully and in advance.
Changes should be aligned with all involved persons and departments, in particularly with a consence on the Change management and Requirements management because the both disciplines determine what should be included in a release.
